Parents,

I encourage you to maintain contact between the classroom and home.  This connection is critical to ensuring the success of your student and will help alleviate any questions that you or your student may have.

Because electronic devices have become such as issue and disruption in class, I have instituted a new policy.  Any cell phone, ipod, or other non-authorized electronic equipment seen out or in use, will be confiscated.  The item will be kept in a secured location until Friday afternoon of the that particular week, or until a parent or guardian comes to pick it up.  It is a shame that such a policy must be instituted; however, I will no longer tolerate loss of class time to deal with such issues.

I currently teach two different subjects, so use the links on the right to view specific content information.  This information is updated at least weekly.

I can be reached by phone or email during school hours, or can arrange a meeting in person before or after school, by appointment only.  Feel free to contact me as often as necessary and I'll be glad to share your student's current progress in class.  I look forward to working with you to make this year a successful and enjoyable learning experience for your student.
